Had to have an op on my hand so went to ward 20 where the staff were great.Took me down for the op where the staff explained what was going to take place. Made sure all the checks were done so everything was as it should be. After the op took me back to the ward for tea and toast and to check that I was fine before letting me go home. Top marks to all the staff who looked after me.
