My social worker referred me to the day centre and I’ve been coming now for about six months. I’ve asked for another day and if this happens I would be really happy.

I think the centre is absolutely great. It gets you out in the company. We had exercises this morning, lunch and now there is a quiz on. I also got my nails done today. The girls are so helpful.

Because I’ve been coming six months I have a review today to give feedback on what I think about coming to the centre so far.

Dear hurlford

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback about your experience regarding attending the Day Centre. I am pleased that the staff are very helpful; you are enjoying both the company and the activities, such as, exercising and getting your nails done.

I note that you would like to go to the Day Centre for another day, as you really enjoy attending. I will, if you don't mind, discuss this with Day Centre staff and if this can be arranged staff will let you know.
