"What I think about being on the ward"

About: Knowsley Resource & Recovery Centre

(as the patient),

I became very unstable and needed intense therapy to come through it. I was given ECT (Electric shock therapy) to bring myself out of it and become better within myself. It took a couple opf months to sort everything out and become better. I feel much healthier and can think straight again. I am extremely grateful for everything the staff have done.
