I have regular appointments at St Paul's for an ongoing condition. I went along with my appointment letter but the receptionist couldn't find me of their system. They made me another appointment and that appointment was fine.
The next 2 times I had an appointment letter sent out to me the same things happened - they couldn't find any trace of me. I think that there must be something wrong with the appointment system if it can lose appointments like that. It is very frustrating and I have really got quite fed up.
