"Brilliant -at the time."

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

I attended the hospital for treatment regarding a severe medical condition which at the time the level of service was brilliant, but the after care I have received is awful. When I received treatment I was 15 and it was when I reached 17 I began having problems with the work done, veneers falling off etc. I was sent back to my dentist to have the work corrected, my dentist could no longer help me with funding and could not preform the work that needed to be done. The dentist and I have both tried to contact the hospital regarding further treatment but have been told that they cannot do any more. Now 20, my teeth have progressively got worse even after more treatment preformed by my dentist, nor no matter how much I try to maintain the work. I'm left self-conscious, embarrassed and in doubt of any further help from anyone. The after care I've received has been appalling and I'm shocked that they are allowed to turn a blind eye to something like this.
