"Excellent courteous treatment"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I was taken to A&E on Friday October 30th following a minor collapse. I was seen very quickly, had an ecg performed and blood taken within minutes. I was then monitored for about two hours. The staff, including nursing staff, receptionists, medical and paramedical staff were very courteous, friendly and efficient. Fortunately nothing serious was found and I was discharged.

My wife and I were very pleased with the treatment which could not have been better.

Thank you for your kind words about the care and attention provided to you on Friday.

While sorry to learn that you had a minor collapse, I'm glad to know that nothing serious was found.

I hope that you and your wife are now both fully recovered from this episode.
