"Thank you for all your help"

I was admitted for overnight surgery to a broken ankle in late August, at all times I was extremely well cared for. On the day of my discharge my 8 year old son came with my wife to collect me, from the second he arrived he was made to feel like a star and put fully at ease about my condition.

My aftercare at the hospital was always excellent and I never had to wait too long to be seen.
