Dear "Smallfries", I'm sorry to hear what happened when you had your procedure. This must have been awful for you and is not what patients normally experience having a mammogram. We would like to look into what happened in your case, but can only do so if you are willing to e-mail us direct with your details.

I have sent in a written complaint thanks to the replies I received asking for more details.

It ws very traumatic for me. I am still upset now.
