About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I would just like to say how grateful I have been for the care that I have received from the A & E Department, of East Surrey Hospital.

I have a heart condition and, whenever I have been worried and visited the hospital, I have been treated as if I were the only patient there.

Last Sunday, I experienced severe dizziness. This turned out to be due to BPPV but, since I have a heart problem, I feared that the dizziness might be related to that.

I was seen by DrDalley Not only was he thorough in his assessment of my symptoms, he was also patient and helpful in answering all my question. He listened, very carefully, to what I was saying, and I had every confidence in him.

Dr Dalley is truly an asset to the NHS. He was extremely helpful, polite and respectful, and I couldn't speak more highly of him.

I would be grateful if you would be kind enough to pass this message on to him, although I will be writing to him, to thank him.
