I visited Primary Care Physio in October. This was a follow-up visit due to severe pain in my hip joint. I have been here before but never received the care I was given by Ian on this visit.
He was knowledgeable about pain and how it affects you. He also listened to what was said so that meant questions I asked were answered so that I understood why I was having the pain and how to deal with it. He had time to complete the consultation without rushing it. I felt cared for.
