We visited today, 4 November 2015, for my wife, to have a colonoscopy.
Everybody, from reception to nurses to doctors were kind, helpful and reassuring.
The presentation of the procedure was first class at every level; we have had quite a lot of experience with explanations; this was the best ever.
My wife tells me the actual colonoscopy was handled very well, professional, caring and reassuring.
The discharge was equally impressive.
We know exactly what to do.
