"I would like to express my gratitude to the NHS."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

At a time when the NHS is under extreme strain, I thought it important that I expressed my gratitude for a 5 star service.

From my initial consultation with my GP right through to today’s operation (which was only arrived at after a consultation at the Leicester General Hospital,) I have experienced nothing but exceptional care from the NHS.

The services was prompt, both in relation to referral to specialist services and clinic time keeping and always kept me informed of the decisions they were making and the rationale for these. Throughout this process all professionals I met remained approachable, person centred and ‘human’ which really helped me.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in my treatment and hope that people in the future continue to experience the great service i have.
