"Disappointed"

About: Barnet General Hospital

My son had an allergist appointment today at children outpatient as per NHS letter I received from the hospital but when we reached half n hour ago before appointment time I was told by receptionist that there is no appointment today and it's been rescheduled 2 days before and when I asked about the rescheduled appointment details they knew nothing and started giving lame excuses. I wasn't expecting this to hear after 6 month of long wait... disappointed
