"absolutely horrendous"

I am extremely frustrated with the fact that my family member went to A&E, was told will have to kept in then sent for an X ray and was completely forgotten about.

Once my family member went back to the staff, they then said there wasn't enough beds and will be sent to a different ward.

After being sent to an alternate ward, which is understandable in busy circumstances, the doctor only saw the patient once (a few hours after being sent to the ward) and then not seen again for several days despite the problem worsening and becoming life threatening. Absolutely disgusting.
