"Fracture clinic telephone accessability"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I have now been attempting to contact the fracture clinic for 2 days. The number either rings out, on at least 3 occassions the receiver was lifted and replaced and the remainder of my attemts resulted in a message requesting entry of mailbox ID.

Unacceptable and a far cry from the MRI Scan department which responded quickley to a referral from my GP and resulted in an efficient and timely appointment.

Needless to say this is a service that has been commissioned from a non -NHS provider that treats patients with respect.

I am unable to rate the service as I have not been seen and it appears that I will have to get treatment for my torn ligament and knee fracture privately.
