1. Getting into the waiting area due to the people queuing for the initial assessment is difficult. People have to stand in the open doorway, so cold draughts are hitting people who are ill.

2. The assessment room used by the triage nurse has a swing door.

Why can't the triage nurse actually turn the small lock so other people's little children don't barge in while you are being assessed?

Why can't the nurse shut it properly to prevent other staff members coming in while you are being assessed, and letting other people in the waiting area see you? 3. Why do you not provide patients with a sheet so they can be covered when their lower body is undressed for examination as other staff members seem to consider it perfectly acceptable to walk in and out of the cubicle, leaving the blue curtain open, so you are visible to other patients and families walking past? 4. Why do you have to go through your medical history every time you see the triage nurse when it is already recorded on your computer? Surely your database could be used to run a query to find patient details so we do not have to explain everything, especially as staff have written down the wrong information and we then have to get them to amend it or tell the doctor that no, actually the patient has a different condition other than the one erroneously recorded by the staff either in admissions or triage.
