My Dad has just been discharged after being admitted following a major car accident. The care and attention he has received has been amazing and me and my family are so grateful to you for keeping him safe and making him well enough to come home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your Dad's stay at Wexham Park.

I am pleased that he has recovered to come home.

We are very lucky to have a great team who go the extra mile to deliver care to our patients as though it was their own Mum or Dad in front of them.
