I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear mo j caine,

This does seem a long time considering your condition. I would like to help you but to do so I would need more details. Can you please contact me on 01563 826222 or email me at eunice.goodwin@aapct.scot.nhs.uk. I would need to know your name and date of birth and we can look into this for you. I am sorry you have had to wait so long. Pain in gums and teeth is second to none. Let’s see if we can sort this for you.

Kind regards

Eunice
