I wasn’t happy with my care at home but the old company lost their contract and I moved to ILS this year. Things are much better now. The care is good, I’ve got two lovely girls.
It’s the same girls that come to me, they each have two days on and then two days off. If they are on holiday the company try to get carers you know to cover.
With the old company I didn’t know who was coming to my house. I used to get letters from the council about bogus callers that told me not to open my door to strangers but then I had people I didn’t know coming to care for me.
