What I liked
The caring, respectful way we were treated by ALL the staff. They are a shining example of how good team work should be. Many thanks to you ALL.

As the mother of 4 children I have been to many hospitals. If all hospitals were as good as Sunderland we would have much more respect for the fantastic service the NHS provides. ALL staff were kind, friendly and polite, including the doctros! They all went the extra mile to make us feel cared for. Absolutely brilliant care from the Childrens A&E, ward F63, and the ENT specialists. A HUGE thank you to you all.
