What I liked

In July this year my son was a patient on F63. From working within the hospital myself I am aware of how nervous a hospital environment can make some people. While Jack was a patient on this ward I found the staff very helpfully and understanding about a parents needs has well as my sons needs. I couldnt fault the service that was given to both my son and I, from the medical staff and the nursing staff. My family and I are so greatfully to the consultant for doing my sons surgery has we all feel that this has been a success. I am very greatfully to the nursing staff who supported me prior to the surgery and after the surgery. I hope that this can be passed on to the nurses that were looking after my son. I would like to say thank you to staff for taking alot of time with my son when he was due his medication. I would also like to thank staff for reasurring me during her night shift, has I know that the wards are very busy at times during the night and I felt that it was very nice for her to explain every thing to me and answer my questions. I would also like to thank the theatre staff for taking care of my little boy during his operation and the nurses in recovery.
