What I liked
A great big thank you to ward F63, as well as the Theatre and Recovery Room teams. My little boy had to have an adenotonsillectomy and all the staff involved never got tired to provide a safe, comfortable and warm environment for my boy and the rest of the family at all times.
What could be improved
The waiting time for prescribed medication from the hospital's pharmacy on discharge.
