everything could be improved,especially the waiting times and lack of care,9 month waiting list( which is against goverment policies) compared to a 3 week waiting time at a neighbouring hospital 8 miles away

i feel sunderland royal has got so bad, i would rather drive an extra 5 miles and get much better service............40 minutes waiting time in A&E in south tyneside,well done south tyneside,compared to 4 hours at sunderland royal
