I attended the Endoscopy Suite at Gloucester Royal Hospital yesterday for a Colonoscopy.
I wish to thank the consultant and their trainee who conducted the investigations. They were both extremely professional and instilled confidence and reassurance throughout the procedure.
The nursing staff were very reassuring and helpful. In particular the nurse who dealt with my post surgery supervision. They took time to explain everything clearly which was really appreciated.
I cannot praise the department too highly.
A very grateful patient.
