"MY WORST NIGHTMARE"

I am still traumatised by the experience of seeing my best friend writhing on the floor in agony with kidney stones while the staff at this awful place did absolutely nothing to help. He would have been treated much more humanely at a vet's surgery. Don't ever go there if you want to be treated with any compassion whatsoever. The staff at this a and e should hang their heads in shame.
