"What a hospital!"

Arrived at A&E on a Saturday lunchtime expecting to have to wait a couple of hours but was seen initially within 5 minutes.

Just really impressed with the organisation and efficiency in this department, plus I found all the staff to be very friendly and pleasant....

The Sister also made a point of letting me know what was going on every time she passed the bed I was in whilst I was waiting on an X-Ray and results of a blood test.

Was also offered food and drink.

Couldn't fault the whole experience.
