After arriving in an emergency ambulance for the first time in 70 years, staff were pleasant but waited hours in a corridor as there were no beds free.
Fine, not necessarily the fault of the hospital.
Once seen, treatment was OK but was released without them having identified the root cause.
I've now been waiting in discomfort for over 3 weeks for the results of some tests ordered by the consultant and have not heard a word.
My GP is chasing them too.
Come on New Cross, we deserve so much better.
Rather unhelpfully, when clicking the PALS complaints link on their website, I get "we are in the process of developing our systems to capture remaining and relevant equality information".
Yes, right, whatever.
