"Grateful for relaxed experience"

I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to the staff in the Respiratory Medicine Department.

I had an appointment in the above department on Thurs 29th Oct 2015 and can only say how polite, helpful, informative and respectful all members of staff were.

This included the booking in Clerk, The Nurse who weighed me, took measurement of height etc. then performed respiratory checks etc. The nurse made the experience totally relaxing and stress free by their attitude.

Finally the Doctor/specialist explained my test results very fully and was such a charming person.

I cannot thank them enough for their time and manners.
