What I liked

I can only speak about the ward i was on but i must say most of the staff were so caring i was very ill and the staff were there for not just me but my family i know i could have died at any time and I'm now going home.

What could be improved

What let the QE down was the special meals i had to have was NEVER made in the first place and the nurses had ordered my meal this happened every day what the point in having a food chart if the canteen staff do not do there job right, this happened to other patients.

Also when you are in the new part of the hospital there is not a phone at one time my family had to go to A&E but that was out of order and the doors for outpatients were closed i only phone in this hospital was in the old part of the QE.
