The other day my wife had an appointment and I went with her because she doesn't speak English, they were meant to have an interpreter for my wife, when we went there was no interpreter even though it was highlighted in the forms my day was wasted.and the funny thing is calling me up today why didn't you turn up for you appointment i couldn't believe some people can blame other for there own mistake.
