"I couldn't have asked for better care!"

I had my first baby in Kingston hospital last week and it didn't go according to plan, including an unexpected 5 day stay. However, every single member of staff I came in to contact with, from admin staff and cleaners to midwives and paediatricians, was friendly and kind; I never felt rushed, judged or ignored, was included in all decisions and kept informed about everything. They were very busy when I arrived but, other than a wait to be assessed, I would never have known. The facilities were excellent; clean, comfortable and surprisingly relaxing given the circumstances. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough as somewhere to have a baby!
