"It was good to see how relevant the exercises had been to our daily activities"

About: Mansfield & Ashfield / Falls Prevention Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The sessions were interesing because it was household chores we all experience. We had been exercising to cover these activities but it was good to actually see how relevant the exercises had been to our daily activities.

Something as simple as a kitchen timer would be useful on the circuit activities to make the group more cohersive.

Thank you for your comments, its great to hear that you appreciated the exercieses and how they relate to every day life.

Thank you for your suggestion, we'll look into buying some timers to help co-ordinate the circuit.
