All staff on Ward 2 have a caring.and respectful approach to each other and thie patients.Excellent team work.
They are committed to delivering quality individual ,holistic care making patients feel safe, secure and valued.
I feel at times from observation that the staffing levels do not met the volume of constantly changing complex needs of their patients. I would like to feel they were well supported to minimise their stress levels and promote well being
