"First time mum"

Last night I had a scare, luckily everything was fine but for my first glimpse of the maternity unit who will be delivering my first baby in a few months I was very impressed. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were calm, kind, understanding, they explained everything that was happening so that I was able to keep calm and understand. None of them treated me like an irrational first time mum and I am very grateful for all of their help and understanding last night!
