About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

My elderly mother spent time in 3 different wards recently.At all times she was treated with a huge amount of consideration and compassion.It is unusually to find health care professionals who have any understanding of the needs of people with dementia but over the 10 days that she was a patient even the tiredness,most stressed worker had time to listen,time to give care and time to reassure.
