"Massive difference when I was feeling so anxious"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

In the early hours of the morning, I stopped feeling any movement from my baby - I'm 41 + weeks pregnant.

Went to maternity triage where I was assessed, had the baby monitored and ended up being admitted to a ward to be induced.

I just wanted to say how kind the staff in triage were - special mention to midwife Inna and student midwife Mel whose bedside manner were excellent and allayed the fears of this first time mum in the early hours of the morning. It was much appreciated and just made such a massive difference in a situation when I was feeling so anxious. And all this at the end of their 12 hour shift - cant fault them one bit! Thank you very much!
