"Husband been waiting 17 weeks for Mri results"

About: Colchester General Hospital

My husband was told at his appointment that He would receive mri results within 6 weeks but it's been over 17 weeks now! He's tried calling but no one answers the phone he's left message and no one calls back! He's just been left with no idea what's wrong and no help.

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience.
