"Still waiting"

About: Dorset County Hospital

I had kidney stones and a UTI at the same time 3 months ago. I was in agony. I was hunched over and could barely walk. I was in A&E for 7 hours. Even though my doctor notified the urology team we would be coming the night before and was almost empty the day we arrived. The team were lovely,

I can't fault them. However, I was asked a million times what the problem was by so many people even though they wrote it down each time on my notes. I had to pee in a pot more times than I can remember. Since this, I was just told to take antibiotics and they would make an appointment for me to have the stones removed. 3 months later and I still have heard nothing about an appointment and still have the stones.

I am glad to hear that the team were lovely, but I'm sorry that you had to repeat your story so many times and was in so much pain.
