I rang twice and could not get any answer and then just waited nearly 10 mins letting it ring until someone answered.

I informed them my mother had been admitted via an ambulance and I would like to know which ward she is on.

After giving her name, address and DOB, the person told me she was discharged home at 16:53.

I rang a friend for an update and he says he was with my mom on Ward 22 at 8pm this evening.

The hospital don't even know who is in the hospital let alone where they are.

How incompetent.
