"My Husbands visit to A&E and transfer to ward A3"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband attended A&E in late October with acute pains in his stomach. His treatment was excellent from arriving to leaving. Dr Andy ( sorry didn't catch his sir name) had so much patience with my husband, who suffers from Alzheimer's and I can't praise and thank him enough.

He was transferred to A3, I was really worried as my husband in August been on A13 for two weeks and feel they really had an understanding of dementia patients (and I understand they are very busy). I needn't have worried. A3 are so informed.

On the bed, the ward and nursing staff had it all, and I thank them! !

Well done A&E and A3. give yourselves a pat on the back! ! 10/10

Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments.

I have forwarded them to the teams involved who will be pleased to hear that you are happy with the care that your husband received.

I hope that he has recovered from his stomach condition and wish you well.

Kind regards
