"kept in the dark"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

My mum is currently on ward 303 and its impossible to ring and get through. She has been readmitted twice so far. She was sent home once at 8pm then had a phone call later that night saying they wanted her back in. She lives 1.30 hrs away. The next day i took her in. The following three days later and a driver turned up to pick her up from home. The last time she was discharged it was a complete nightmare. No care plan was in place and none of us knew what to do as regards the dialysis.

Anyway you can guess whats happened ....yes she has gone back in yet again. As i write this the phone is ringing the ward 01213713074 and it just keeps ringing , so far it has been 28 mins and no answer. ok the phone is now engaged .....its just so frustrating.

I don't do reviews but i'm getting very annoyed with this hospital and i have no choice but to now
