"Extremely poor service"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Reception staff are extremely rude and not at all welcoming! Asked whether there were any appointments available or how was best to book an appointment and the receptionist responded with 'we don't deal with appointments' and a huff. Having not attended a clinic in this area I was unfamiliar with the system and reception staff were extremely rude when asked questions, making the experience all the more daunting and off-putting. Made to feel very uncomfortable, not the kind of friendly and welcoming service you would expect when attending a sexual health clinic. Would highly recommend attending a clinic elsewhere.
