"My stay at Aintree"

I recently had occasion to have a short stay in Aintree hospital. From the moment I arrived to when I left I could not have been treated any better, the entire staff worked as a highly trained professional team, like a well oiled machine. I was staying in my own side ward that had every comfort with en suite facilities, all of which were spotlessly clean. The friendliness of the staff always having the time to stop and have a chat even though they were busy beyond belief made my stay all the more pleasant. The food was of good quality and I was always kept well supplied with cups of tea. My treatment and progress was fully explained to me at every step of the way by the Consultant and their team and this gave me more of an understanding of the complaint for which I was being treated. I would have no reservations at all if I ever found that I had to have another visit because I know I would be in good hands. Well done Aintree and especially Ward 19. Thank you all.
