"Not Open despite web page saying it is!"

A wasted 45 minute journey as theHoniton Hospital web page says open 8am to 10pm. And it's not! Apparently doesn't open till 10am. I have noted some other similar remarks since writing this review!

Dear Patient

Thank you for posting your feedback on the website. I was sorry to learn you had a wasted journey and for the frustration this caused.

Unfortunately the opening hours for the MIU were reduced in late August from 8am - 10 pm, to 10 am to 6pm, due the lack of available nursing staff to cover the unit.

I am happy to say the unit has now reverted back to the opening hours of 8am to 10pm and the website has been amended to reflect the change in times.

Once again many apologies.
