The attitude of someone who is suppose to be a professional is beyond me!
I was having an mri for the first time, I am claustrophobic and was apprehensive of the machine.
I was told that I could use the buzzer if I felt panicky which I did towards the end due to the scanner attempting to put me fully in the machine. Their contempt was disgusting as well as their attitude and I for one will not be returning to this hospital!
