Everyone I dealt with today including reception staff and the man pushing me to theatre were smiling, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. It's very easy to take good care for granted but the care I have received today has been exceptional a credit to a stretched NHS. Please keep up this exceptional work it makes the world of difference to each individual you care for. Thank you.
