"Day Care Surgery"

I recently had an operation from start to finish everyone I saw was professional and friendly.

I was kept informed at all times what was happening.

On coming round in recovery I saw the best of the NHS in action when someone had breathing problems (due to previous ill health), the way the staff jumped to action to take care of this lady and the way they spoke to her during her ordeal was wonderful and reminded me what was great about our NHS.

In the daycare unit before I left they were extremely busy but ensured I was still looked after - cannot thank them enough for making something I was dreading into a very good experience.
