Staff on Brodie ward

I have read this site and feel Brodie ward getting a hard time! The unprofessional nurse is a bank nurse and I have seen them behave like this on other wards! I have encountered this nurse before and I complained to the nurse in charge who gave me a complaint form which I sent to the hospital managers! . Unfortunately I was recently been readmitted to Brodie! Defiantly a change of atmosphere and less staff! However the Brodie staff did there best and they were very professional! I don't think that the ward should get a bad reputation due to an untrained bank nurse who frankly, I believe, should not be employed by the NHS.

I have made the Nurse Manager responsible for Brodie ward aware of your post and he has provided this response. Thank you very much for your supportive comments.

Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of the hospital mangers. Please be assured that all complaints, including those related to the behaviour of staff members, are fully investigated in line with NHS Grampian policies and procedures.

With regard to your experience of Brodie ward, I appreciate you taking the time to comment on the professionalism of nursing staff on Brodie Ward and will pass your comments onto the ward staff.
