"Reviews are unkind"

I have to say I was a bit worried about coming to this hospital; the reviews really were not great but from my perspective they were totally inaccurate. The staff at the main reception were so helpful and smiley as were the staff on the second floor reception. The Consultant I saw was so nice, probably one of the most compassionate and understanding people I have ever met, and made me feel so at ease. They listened to what I had to say and genuinely cared. I did not feel rushed and was certainly not made to feel like a burden. The care I received was great and I would recommend this hospital to others. Keep up the great work team, you are doing great! :o)
