"PALS / ENT make false promises"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

10 workng days since ENT told me they would locate my husband's file, discuss it with a doctor and get back to me within a couple of days - never heard from them to date.

10 working days since PALS told me they would liase with ENT and get back to me within a couple of days - never heard from them to date.

10 working days since the CEO advised they would look into it > passed it to complaints - still waiting.

9 weeks since ENT told my husband that they would refer him for a gastroscopy.

2 weeks since my husband was told ENT never did refer him afterall.

So here we go again, thr ball has had to start rollng all over again with GP.

ENT a waste of time and ignored by PALS.
